Horsewoman Appearing Normal
"Horsewoman Appearing Normal" (2021) Holographic animation loop and an NFT. It takes an object of desire and speculation aesthetic to make an image of an ecological and social disaster that we are already in—that we have set ourselves for extinction, and keep programing ourselves for suicide. Sound: Matthew D. Gantt Please note that due to the nature of the holographic fan, image representation is nearly impossible. This is very interesting for me conceptually, as it creates a physical-only experience out of a 100% digital file, but at the same time any attempt for proper documentation fails.
